Director of Religious Education, Halcyon Westall
Halcyon has been serving Channing Church as Director of Religious Education since 2006. In addition to her work at Channing, Halcyon serves on the board of the Liberal Religious Educators Association's North Atlantic Chapter.  She is a trained Our Whole Lives facilitator at the Elementary Level and Credentialed Religious Educator, Associate Level, through the UUA.  A native of Newport, Halcyon now lives with her family, dog, cat and chickens in North Kingstown.

While you will find her at Channing most Sunday mornings, Halcyon is regularly in her office in Channing House on Tuesdays and Wednesdays,  from 10 a.m. - 2p.m.
